Edda Lára has 16 years of extensive experience in financial markets, including fund management, investment banking, and investor relations.
Edda Lára most recently worked for Coca-Cola in Iceland as a Human Resources Leader. Prior to that, she served as Head of Investor Relations at Össur, Portfolio Manager at Gamma Capital Management, Project Manager in Corporate Finance at Íslandsbanki, Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division of Íslandsbanki, and Specialist in Leveraged Finance at Glitnir.
Edda Lára serves on the board of DriftEA, a center for entrepreneurship and innovation. She also serves on the boards of three innovation companies as a representative of The New Business Venture Fund Kría.
Previously, she served on the boards of the Danish Investor Relations Association (Dansk Investor Relations Forening), Alma Residential Housing Company, and Smárabyggð.
Edda Lára holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and an M.Sc. degree in Corporate Finance from Reykjavík University. She has also completed certification in securities trading.
