Guðmundur Halldór is Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Sýn, where he is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, and communications strategy and execution, serving both consumer and business markets.
He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Reykjavík University’s former Technical University of Iceland and has also completed studies in Business Management at the same institution. Guðmundur has decades of experience in leadership and operational management within Icelandic business and industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of senior management positions at companies including Lyfja, VÍS Insurance, 365 Media, Já, and Síminn.
He serves as an alternate board member of the Association of Business and Economics Graduates and has also been actively involved in professional and civic affairs, including serving as a board member of Business Iceland.
