The innovation fund Kría (NSK) has recently completed the sale of its shares in the technology company Tyme Wear Inc. to a group of strong investors. The transaction was facilitated by Arena Wealth Management.
Tyme Wear was founded by Arnar Lárusson and produces the VitalPro breathing and heart-rate monitoring equipment. The device customizes training load and is used by some of the world’s top elite athletes. Examples of those who have used Tyme Wear’s equipment include the professional cycling team Visma Lease a Bike, which has won the Tour de France twice, the Norwegian Olympic Committee, and Kilian Jornet—one of the world’s most famous trail runners—in addition to numerous amateur and professional athletes around the globe.
