
Florealis, a portfolio company of The New Business Venture Fund Kría, delivered strong operating results in 2025. Alongside revenue growth of more than 10%, the company significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced debt, and turned the previous year's operating loss into a profit.
Revenue increased by 10% to ISK 448 million. Operating expenses declined by 10%, personnel costs were reduced by 16%, and EBITDA increased by 67% to ISK 33 million. At the same time, the company reduced its debt by ISK 35 million and achieved a positive net result.
During the year, Florealis reached several important milestones in product development and business expansion. Two new products were launched, while four additional products are currently under active development. The company also expanded its retail product range and strengthened production resilience by establishing a production facility for angelica leaf extract in Stykkishólmur.
Over the coming months, Florealis plans to build on this momentum through continued growth in the Icelandic market, ongoing product development, and a targeted expansion into European markets.
