The software company Ankeri has opened a branch in Singapore. Singapore is a hub in international maritime transport, and the new office will strengthen Ankeri’s ability to support customers across the Asia-Pacific region, complementing its existing operations in Europe.
Ankeri serves both shipowners who operate cargo vessels and operators who charter ships. The company helps generate data with the aim of reducing waste, improving operations, and creating the right incentives to drive efficiency for both parties.
Ankeri works with leading companies in the container shipping sector, including Hapag-Lloyd, Seaspan, SFL, Global Ship Lease, and Ernst Russ.
Ankeri was founded in 2016 and has been part of the portfolio of the Business Venture Fund Kría since 2018.
