Sigríður Mogensen is the Head of the Industry and Intellectual Property Division at the Federation of Icelandic Industries (I. Samtök iðnaðarins). She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Iceland and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. Before joining the Federation of Icelandic Industries in January 2018, Sigríður had gained diverse professional experience, including working in reputational risk management at Deutsche Bank in London, as well as earlier roles as a journalist at Viðskiptablaðið and a news reporter at Stöð 2.
Sigríður is the Chair of the Board of Klak – Icelandic Startups and has served on various committees and boards in recent years on behalf of the Federation of Icelandic Industries. She has also been a board member of Júpíter Asset Management, served on the Risk Committee of Kvika Bank’s Board, and is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Gamma Capital Management.
